About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at New York Life. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
