Compensation:$35,000 - $75,000 at plan annually
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to accurately track progress towards monthly insurance sales objectives.
- Provide personalized attention to potential clients through diverse marketing strategies to expand your existing portfolio of policyholders.
- Commit to ongoing education regarding various insurance types, protocols, and policy modifications to ensure compliance with program requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to create insurance risk management profiles that identify the most suitable policies for their changing insurance needs.
- Actively listen to new and potential clients to accurately assess their unique requirements before pursuing specific insurance sales.
- High school diploma required; a college degree is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with sales lead or accounting software is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to analyze complex concepts such as insurance programs; experience in customer service is a plus.
- Willingness to engage with the insurance industry and stay informed about relevant state and federal regulations.
- Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
