Insurance Sales Consultant

Compensation:$35,000 - $75,000 at plan annually
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update reports, records, and bookkeeping systems to accurately track progress towards monthly insurance sales objectives.
- Provide personalized attention while engaging new clients through various marketing strategies to expand your portfolio of policyholders.
- Commit to continuous education regarding different types of insurance, relevant protocols, and policy updates to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with policyholders to create insurance risk management profiles that identify the most suitable policies for their changing insurance needs.
- Actively listen to new and potential clients to accurately determine their unique requirements before pursuing specific insurance sales.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree is advantageous.
- A basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to analyze complex concepts such as insurance programs; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Willingness to embrace the insurance industry and become knowledgeable about its pertinent state and federal regulations.
- Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are necessary.
