POSITION OVERVIEW:

Earthbound LLC is expanding its People Operations team and is on the lookout for a well-rounded People Operations Associate Manager. Reporting to the Director of People, this role will support various aspects of the function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Training and Development, and act as an HR business partner for a vibrant and growing organization.

The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, possesses outstanding communication skills, and has a learning-oriented mindset coupled with a strong sense of curiosity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outlined below are the primary areas of responsibility, with ample opportunity for the right candidate to expand their role:

Support the Talent Acquisition Process:

  • Job postings
  • Resume screening
  • Interview scheduling
  • Candidate management and system updates
  • Ongoing communication with candidates throughout the interview process
  • Feedback coordination
  • Offer letter drafting
  • Background check management

Manage the Referral Process

Handle a small requisition load, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities over time.

Sourcing Candidates:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing
  • Conduct initial phone screenings
  • Build strategic pipelines for anticipated roles
  • Establish relationships with relevant educational institutions

Onboarding and Offboarding Support:

  • I-9 process management
  • Coordinate with IT and teams to ensure equipment setup
  • Prepare workspace for new hires
  • Collaborate with internal teams on orientation and welcome processes

Support Other Areas of the People Function:

  • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts
  • Ensure HR systems are current and assist employees in updating their profiles
  • Assist in training preparation and delivery

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Must demonstrate a strong action orientation and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Able to propose organizational solutions to business challenges while considering employee impact, costs, and business continuity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.

Experience in additional HR areas (e.g., Generalist, Learning, Talent Development) is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.

Familiarity with various recruitment and sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) is highly preferred.
