Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a proactive and skilled People Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing HR and Benefits strategies that are in harmony with our business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic HR Development: Craft and implement HR strategies that support our overarching business goals. Provide insights on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Employee Engagement: Address workplace conflicts, oversee disciplinary measures, and enhance employee morale.
  • Performance Oversight: Assist in the creation of performance management frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Payroll Management: Collaborate with the Finance team to oversee payroll processing.
  • Training Initiatives: Identify training needs and develop programs to bolster employee skills and career progression.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Policy Compliance: Formulate HR policies that adhere to legal standards and keep abreast of relevant regulations.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage HR administrative tasks, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
  • Event Coordination: Organize team-building activities and community engagement events.
  • Office Management: Supervise the operational aspects of our office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • SHRM CP certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ADP systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
