Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the mid-market space. This role requires a consultative approach, working closely with potential clients to understand their business challenges and presenting Paycor's solutions to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential clients through research, referrals, and networking
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs
  • Present Paycor's products and services to potential clients, both in person and over the phone
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources
  • Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast
  • Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • 4-year business degree

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $65,000 - $115,000. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for uncapped commission.
