Client Service Representative

ROLE OVERVIEW:
You represent our establishment, being the first point of contact for customers as they enter or approach our service window.
Your friendly demeanor is what welcomes them.
You hold a crucial role in our organization - you cater to our patrons by preparing our renowned dishes daily.
Each customer is someone special to someone else, and you have the chance to brighten their day.
With high standards, you would never serve a product to a customer that you wouldn’t offer to your family or closest friends.
You are the reason our customers keep coming back.
By providing hot, fresh meals, delivering warm service, and maintaining a clean environment, you create positive experiences for others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently resolves issues with minimal guidance.
- Stays updated on training and core responsibilities.

- Understands and works towards restaurant and shift objectives daily.
- Adheres to food safety protocols and reports any concerns to management.
Other Requirements:
- Punctuality is essential.
- Flexible scheduling is a must.
- Familiarity with restaurant equipment operation (including fryers, ovens, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry it for short distances.
- Capable of pushing/pulling up to 90 lbs over short distances.
- Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift.
- Follows cash handling safety and security protocols.
- Complies with safety regulations as per local and national guidelines.
- Knowledge of and adherence to the company's Human Resources policies.
