ROLE OVERVIEW:

You represent our establishment as the first point of contact for customers, whether they enter the restaurant or approach the drive-thru.

Your friendly demeanor sets the tone for their experience.

Your role is crucial; you provide our customers with exceptional service and prepare our renowned dishes daily.

Each customer is significant, and you have the chance to brighten their day.

Your standards are high; you would never serve anything to a customer that you wouldn’t offer to your loved ones.

You are the reason our patrons return time and again.

By delivering hot, fresh meals, offering friendly service, and maintaining a clean environment, you create positive experiences for our guests.

Additional Requirements:
  • Punctuality in attendance
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Comply with operational procedures for restaurant equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs for up to 30 feet
  • Capable of standing and walking for most of the shift
  • Follow cash handling safety and security measures
  • Adhere to safety regulations set by the restaurant and local authorities
  • Understand and comply with the restaurant's HR policies
