Position Overview:

Are you eager to leverage your technical expertise in a role that significantly influences the testing and evaluation of advanced aerospace systems? As a Senior Test Engineering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in applying test engineering methodologies to various aircraft and propulsion systems.

Your Role:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to enhance the capabilities of our U.S. Air Force (USAF) clients by spearheading test engineering initiatives for Commercial Derivative Aircraft and Legacy Tankers. Your insights will be crucial in formulating test strategies that ensure the successful verification of system requirements and integration of interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of test engineering activities.
  • Translate operational needs into precise technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Provide expert guidance on system behavioral analysis and requirements verification.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in test and evaluation engineering or flight testing.
  • Strong understanding of USAF acquisition and engineering protocols.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills, particularly with senior officials.
  • Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing Systems Engineering design documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Top Secret clearance and a Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Graduate of the USAF Test Pilot School.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for classified information access.
