Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be recognized as a leading authority within the organization, responsible for:

  • Designing, researching, and developing sophisticated applications that may lead to new business ventures.
  • Driving initiatives to secure new business through technical presentations and capability demonstrations.
  • Formulating system requirements and managing the requirements lifecycle.
  • Conducting compliance assessments and supporting major design reviews.
  • Implementing model-based systems engineering practices, including technical planning, system integration, and validation processes.
  • Utilizing MBSE and engineering tools to identify program requirements, monitor performance metrics, and oversee the systems engineering workflow.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following tools:
    • NoMagic
    • MagicDraw
    • Cameo
    • SysML
    • UPDM
    • IBM Rhapsody
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
