Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to join our Member Services team at Mass., Inc. The successful candidate will provide operational support to the team and the agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with members, employers, and staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Log and process incoming requests, preparing files for review and processing.
  • Review and maintain computer system reports on workflow and data.
  • Coordinate the retirement application review process, acknowledging applications and identifying high-priority cases.
  • Provide administrative support to member services directors as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, members, and the public.
  • Ability to follow instructions and function independently and as a member of a team.
  • Business experience with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
  • Experience with member/customer/client databases required.
