Banking Center Relationship Manager

Webster Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on resources and tools available.
- Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
- Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as needed.
- Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center's growth and profitability objectives.
- Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
- Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, offering coaching support to fellow bankers and acting as a role model.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of all products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.
- Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours, as needed.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $21.50 to $26.00 USD per hour, with opportunities for incentive compensation. Additionally, Webster Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
