Job Summary

Webster Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Center Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, capitalizing on resources and tools available.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer appropriate financial products and services to build and deepen relationships.
  • Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as needed.
  • Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and other bank initiatives to execute Banking Center's growth and profitability objectives.
  • Meet/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues, offering coaching support to fellow bankers and acting as a role model.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork, creating a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours, as needed.
