Belkorp Ag is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Outside Sales Aftermarket team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing effective processes to ensure the success of our Parts and Service Department.
Key Responsibilities- Own and develop the One Right Way Service Process to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the VP Sales & President to develop and implement the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan.
- Create and monitor annual Parts and Service Department goals and budgets.
- Process warranty and/or product improvement claims, including computation of charges and submission.
- Collaborate with the CDI Team to ensure training is completed annually for the Aftermarket team.
- Advise the Service Supervisor and/or Store Manager of all customer complaints.
- 5+ years of experience in a management role with people leadership, parts, sales, and service operations experience.
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 50 lbs.
- Bilingual is a plus relevant to the customer base served.
