Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and financial sales leadership. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing account strategies to identify and capture incremental revenue opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales and service solutions to meet customer needs
  • Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Comcast Business Services and their applications in the enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Position and sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple organizational levels, including C-level and executive personnel
  • Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels, and forecasts to meet regional, divisional, and corporate sales, service, and operational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and financial sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of Comcast Business Services and their applications in the enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
