Senior Parts and Service Operations Manager

Belkorp Ag is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Parts and Service Operations Manager to lead our Aftermarket team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective Parts and Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Owns Belkorp Ag's One Right Way Service Process and develops and maintains effective Parts and Service Department processes.
- Collaborates with VP Sales & President to develop and implement the Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan.
- Creates and monitors annual Parts and Service Department goals and budgets in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives.
- May process warranty and/or product improvement claims.
- Collaborates with the CDI Team to ensure training is completed annually for the Aftermarket team.
- Advise the Service Supervisor and/or Store Manager of all customer complaints.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a management role with people leadership, parts, sales, and service operations experience.
- Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Experience creating positive relationships with the community, customers, and personnel.
- Demonstrated business acumen in developing, implementing, and measuring strategies and goals.
- Ability to lift items weighing upwards of 50 lbs.
- Bilingual is a plus that is relevant to the customer base served.
