Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic account management and financial sales leadership for an assigned portfolio of existing mid-market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Quotas: Identify and close incremental sales and revenue opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Renew Customer Contracts: Protect and grow existing revenue streams by renewing customer contracts and upselling/cross-selling Comcast Business Services.
  • Develop Account Strategies: Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations leadership to develop specific account management plans to meet assigned accounts' needs and optimize sales and retention opportunities.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts, and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Manage the cultivation, execution, and delivery of sales and services to local and regional accounts in the Enterprise and mid-market segment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • 5-7 Years of Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
