The Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives from initial lead generation to successful closure within a designated region. This position involves executing a strategic marketing plan designed to achieve business objectives, particularly in expanding the client base in the assigned territory. Collaborating closely with the sales and support teams, the Executive will ensure customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and achieve long-term account objectives that align with the vision and values of The Closing Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to each client by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining regular communication with agents, and ensuring comprehensive customer support.
  • Keep precise records of sales and prospecting efforts, including calls, presentations, successful sales, and follow-up actions within the assigned region.
  • Achieve sales targets established by management.
  • Engage in sales meetings and contribute to the formulation of sales goals and budgets.
  • Participate in the development of educational programs for agents and their clients.
  • Stay informed about all company promotions and coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the identification, creation, and distribution of marketing materials and merchandise.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and management of the company's social media presence.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and social media content.
  • Attend networking events to enhance company visibility and cultivate a network of influencers that can drive business.
  • Organize and plan client workshops and events.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Support the VP of Marketing & Business Development in achieving company objectives.
  • Engage with state associations and participate in committees and industry-related activities.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, ensuring they are communicated and upheld within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of sales experience.
  • At least two years of experience in the title industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in design and creation tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated strong sales capabilities.
  • Ability to be persuasive, adaptable, innovative, and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong formal presentation skills for showcasing products and services to groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
