Client Relations Coordinator

Innovative technology firm is expanding and seeks to recruit a Client Relations Coordinator to oversee a specific portfolio of clients.
The Client Relations team delivers technical and logistical support via phone throughout the duration of our clients' projects. We strive to create an exceptional client journey by positioning ourselves as proactive partners rather than mere service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Grasping the intricacies of the company's products and technologies to foresee client requirements, equipping clients with functional capabilities, and delivering a service experience that surpasses their expectations while swiftly and creatively resolving unique challenges.
Providing technical assistance for hardware and software, including camera configurations, user account setups, user tools, remote troubleshooting, and any other technical requirements.
Offering logistical support for order processing and other logistical necessities.
Overseeing and managing vendor accounts.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in client support within a technical, professional, or premium service sector.
A proactive mindset with a desire to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to listen attentively to clients and colleagues.
Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Technical proficiency combined with patience and a willingness to assist clients in utilizing our products and technologies.
