Primary Responsibilities
  • Enhance agency reputation and growth through exceptional customer interactions, marketing initiatives, and lead generation.
  • Establish and uphold office policies, standards, and procedures to ensure smooth and profitable agency operations.
  • Oversee staff, develop schedules, manage daily functions, and ensure accountability for performance metrics.
  • Assist with customer claims processing and resolution efforts.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability to lead and mentor a team; prior management experience is advantageous.
