Your Role

The Client Relations Specialist will act as the primary support for our clients, overseeing and coordinating the execution of all language-related projects.

  • Address client inquiries regarding new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform.
  • Collaborate with production team members to evaluate project scope and generate cost and timeline estimates for translation requests.
  • Initiate project work by providing comprehensive budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team while anticipating potential challenges.
  • Ensure that any issues are resolved with the client prior to submission to the production team.
  • Proactively engage in understanding clients' industries, business needs, and company cultures to educate the project team and deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets, ultimately delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between external clients and internal production staff.
  • Set and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Adhere to internal regulations and processes in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Investigate and address client complaints as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or project management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
