Sika is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support to customers in the roofing industry, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Position Sika as a Leader in the Roofing Industry: Develop and execute strategies to position Sika as a trusted and innovative provider of roofing solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and drive sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product training, specification development, and project management.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the roofing industry.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales and business development experience in the roofing industry.
