About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dun & Bradstreet. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create opportunities for our Account Executives to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture inbound leads from marketing responses, chat, webforms, and phone inquiries to identify potential customers and build relationships.
  • Contact leads to understand their pain points, goals, budget, and schedule meetings or demos with Account Executives to showcase our solutions.
  • Convey the value of Dun & Bradstreet's products and services through phone conversations and targeted emails to build trust and credibility.
  • Qualify leads based on Budget Authority Need and Timeline (BANT) and pass them to the appropriate internal Sales Channel to ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dun & Bradstreet's product features, functionality, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to capture all sales activity and maintain accurate customer records to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience through handoffs and ensure consistent messaging.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field
