We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide them with tailored solutions
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
Requirements

  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
