KRS Talent, LLC is partnering with a rapidly growing e-commerce retailer to find an experienced Regional Sales Director. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services industry.

About the Role:

This senior leadership position requires a driven individual who can attain and exceed sales objectives and department goals. Key responsibilities include generating new broker relationships, activating these relationships by bringing in new employer clients through brokers, and motivating and training brokers on the Purchasing Power program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Several years of experience selling employee benefits to medium-large organizations either directly or through insurance brokers
  • Sales Skills: Strong selling, interpersonal, and relationship cultivation skills
  • Negotiation and Presentation Skills: Solid strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Travel Requirements: Estimated 50 – 75% travel required

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and brokers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
