Northrop Grumman is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the defense and aerospace industries. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
About the Job
This role will provide critical support to our program teams, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple personnel in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and maintain multiple Outlook calendars
- Coordinate meeting preparations, including call-in numbers, materials, and catering requests
- Order and maintain office supply inventory for unclassified and classified programs
- Facilitate program meetings, executive meetings, and customer visits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and handle multiple tasks and managers
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $54,400 - $90,600 per year. Northrop Grumman offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
