Job Overview

Homeliving Network LLC is seeking an Office Administration Specialist to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom location, including handling invoices and accounts receivable, as well as accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a service industry, preferably in plumbing, heating, or lawn maintenance. They will be responsible for scanning and/or copying administrative paperwork, performing light accounting tasks, ordering supplies, and maintaining excellent communication skills written and verbal in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the flow of cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Process and track customer payments
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software
