About Us:

AllSeason Solar & Roofing is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies aimed at attracting potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to generate innovative marketing concepts. Familiarity with specialized marketing principles and tactics is essential.

Objective: To execute impactful marketing programs that contribute to the company's growth and strengthen its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including TV, Radio, Direct Mail, and Digital Platforms.
  • Review and refine creative materials and layouts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and execute promotional programs utilizing direct mail, online advertising, in-store displays, and social media to drive sales.
  • Conduct market research studies and interpret their results.
  • Formulate pricing strategies for marketed products and services.
  • Handle specific tasks within the marketing plan as assigned.
  • Develop creative briefs and style guides, focusing on strategic page design based on performance metrics.
  • Create landing pages and funnels tailored to target demographics.
  • Design user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement geofencing strategies to engage users within targeted areas.
  • Analyze competitor locations through geofencing.
  • Reach out to target audiences through advertising methods such as text messages and push notifications.
  • Evaluate marketing performance metrics including conversion rates and click-through rates.
  • Generate compelling advertising copy.
  • Ensure consistent branding and graphic standards across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct split-testing for website variations.
  • Edit landing pages, WordPress themes, and social media advertisements.
  • Perform cross-browser testing to ensure compatibility across devices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in designing landing pages.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy sector is advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Front End Web Development with proficient coding skills.
  • Strong motivation, work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and libraries like jQuery.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing specialist role or similar.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software tools.
  • Knowledge of web development tools is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
