Position Overview
To fulfill our ambitious mission, we are modernizing our Marketing Department through digital marketing transformation aimed at enhancing brand outreach, customer targeting, personalization, and overall efficiency in our marketing delivery model. You will be an integral part of an agile team focused on optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and retention.
The role will be accountable for spearheading strategic marketing initiatives utilizing the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This position will leverage marketing automation tools, data integration, and customer journey design to enhance engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth. Responsibilities will include executing campaigns across all facets of Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, mobile, advertising, and more.
Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement email, SMS, and IVR marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions. Create a systematic communications library to ensure content is current, on-brand, and accurate. Establish metrics, monitor progress, and develop tools to enhance communication effectiveness. Formulate and execute communication plans and strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Personalize content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud via Content Studio and align content with customer journeys to achieve desired behaviors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to Salesforce CRM that meet business objectives and user needs. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing, graphic design, and digital marketing. Maintain schedules and workflows for email, SMS, IVR, and other marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns. Provide support and training to team members on email marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. Conduct editorial and QA functions including online research, fact-checking, proofreading, etc., for member and provider marketing materials, ensuring error-free, health-literate output at all times. Manage vendor budgets, updating budget trackers as necessary. Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling visuals, graphics, and layouts for marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 6+ years of communications experience. Proven experience (2+ years) in email/SMS/IVR marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and writing. Understanding of email/SMS marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams. Knowledge of content management systems is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Studio is a plus.Professional Competencies
