Tier I Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team at LinTech Global, Inc. as a Tier I Helpdesk Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring that their IT needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide phone and on-site support for our customers, resolving technical issues related to desktop hardware and software, common IT services, and specific applications on various networks.
- Trouble Call Resolution: Analyze and resolve trouble calls in a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and documented.
- Escalation and Follow-up: Escalate trouble tickets when required, and provide follow-up service to ensure that the service provided has addressed the customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of call resolution and ensure that all notes are maintained in our ticket tracking system, and publish Knowledge Base articles when applicable.
- Interim Secret or DoD Secret Clearance
- Minimum A+ Certification, Security+ Certification ideal
- Ability to work from home temporarily due to COVID-19 pandemic
- Must be able to come onsite 1 to 2 times every 2 weeks
