Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our operations in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in food production management and a passion for optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the production workflow to guarantee smooth and efficient operations by monitoring staff and organizing tasks.
2. Apply lean manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and boost productivity.
3. Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve production targets while upholding high-quality standards.
4. Lead and inspire a positive work environment, motivating team members and providing constructive feedback.
5. Assess team performance, offer guidance, and support the creation of performance improvement plans.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.
7. Collaborate with fellow supervisors and management to optimize production processes.
8. Conduct regular team meetings to facilitate open communication and promptly address any concerns.
9. Identify areas for improvement and spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Prepare and maintain reports on production metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven expertise in production management, lean manufacturing, and team leadership.
4. Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
5. Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with industry-specific software.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing clear feedback.
