We are looking for an experienced Permanent Manufacturing Team Leader to join our vibrant team in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in food production management, lean manufacturing techniques, team leadership, and performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise the production workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations by monitoring staff and organizing tasks.
2. Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and boost productivity.
3. Develop and execute effective strategies and processes to achieve production targets while upholding high-quality standards.
4. Lead the team to cultivate a positive work atmosphere, inspire team members, and provide constructive guidance.
5. Assess team performance, offer feedback, and assist in creating performance improvement plans.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications:

3. Proven expertise in production management, lean manufacturing, team leadership, and performance oversight.
4. Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing principles.
