Key Responsibilities- Manage the production workflow to ensure efficiency and smooth operations by supervising staff and organizing tasks.
- Apply lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and streamline processes.
- Design and execute effective strategies to achieve production targets while upholding quality standards.
- Lead and inspire the team to foster a positive workplace culture, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Assess team performance, offer insights, and assist in developing improvement plans.
