Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Enablement Director to lead strategic business enablement and transformation initiatives on behalf of CIB executive leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of industry, market, and products specific to CIB business, as well as advanced critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operating leverage to CIB business leaders and teams to enable realization of strategic and performance objectives.
  • Develop business and market/competitor intelligence, business performance analyses, productivity and opportunity insights, KPIs, and goal setting support.
  • Identify opportunities and design/deliver strategies and programs to strengthen sales execution, remove barriers to success, and make processes more efficient and effective.
  • Lead transformation initiatives for designated business areas, including strategic plan initiatives, new product initiatives, business change efforts, M&A evaluation/integration.
  • Responsible for ongoing enablement programs to support the business, partnering with functional and other business partners as appropriate.
  • Serve as lead for strategic planning, staffing/talent planning, technology and analytics plan/roadmap development, goal setting for business area.
  • Manage and lead through unstructured situations, providing clarity and appropriate prioritization for teams, creatively problem solve and drive effective execution paths.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • 12 years of related work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products specific to CIB business
  • Advanced critical thinking, analytical, and technical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong partnering, leadership, and influencing skills in a complex, matrixed environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA degree, with a Strategy or Finance focus
  • 14 years of related work experience
  • Prior management experience
