Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join its Atlanta, GA team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our sales support and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality sales enablement materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate product write-ups into compelling sales content.
  • Design and deliver proposal response materials that showcase our technical and business expertise.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer references and develop whitepapers that highlight our success stories.
  • Drive a culture of sales excellence by highlighting successes and best practices.
  • Optimize sales development training materials and assist with onboarding new sales reps.
  • Project manage various sales operations initiatives to improve process efficiency.

Your Ideal Background:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling sales content.
  • Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products, and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with a track record of project completion.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement or product marketing.
