Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join its Atlanta, GA location. This role is responsible for enhancing sales support by creating high-quality sales enablement materials, ensuring proposal content is clear and on-brand, and contributing to a sales culture that celebrates success.

You will work as part of the Hitachi Energy Enterprise Software Sales Operations team, serving companies in asset-intensive industries such as energy, utilities, transportation, oil and gas, and mining. These industries face unique challenges that must be addressed to increase operational performance, reliability, and profitability.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate content to translate product write-ups from Product Management into sales enablement materials that live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.
  • Create customer-centric sales enablement materials that take buyer personas and target industries into account.
  • Develop proposal response materials with value-driven messaging that speaks to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support efforts to grow Partner Channel engagements with differentiated, clear, and customer-centric value and messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on GTM and Sales readiness efforts as product enhancements or launches approach.
  • Identify potential customer references or Whitepaper 'leads' through direct collaboration with the sales team.
  • Drive a culture that celebrates sales successes by highlighting (internally) sales wins and calling out best practices.
  • Optimize quality of sales development training material (product and processes).
  • Assist with onboarding new sales reps (globally).
  • Coordinate and host recurring sales trainings leveraging product and presales experts to develop the sales teams ability to identify opportunities and accurately scope the solution match.
Your Background:
  • Marketing, Product Marketing, or Sales enablement experience.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Strong writing skills, experience in a content-heavy role.
  • Understanding of relevant market trends, technical products, and solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously with a track record of project completion.
  • 5-7 years experience with Sales Enablement or Product Marketing.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
