Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for representing Capgemini to the market and our internal sales and account organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain compelling sales presentations to ensure consistent messaging to the market and clients.
- Respond to analyst RFIs to present Capgemini Insurance BU strengths and maintain or improve overall ratings in various analyst reports.
- Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with internal resources; create, develop, manage, and lead successful cross-functional pursuits in conjunction with Sales Leadership, Business Development, Alliances, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the resourcing of strategic deals and ensure that large deal best practices are consistently executed in strategic pursuits.
- Define and mobilize pipeline development strategies, campaigns, and playbooks for digital strategic deals and partner-centric business development, and execute these in the bid manager role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing, with strong attention to detail.
- A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence actions from a varied group of resources, especially those without a direct reporting relationship and those who may be senior in the organization.
- Innate ability to recognize the strengths of individuals and onboard them on pursuits.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
