Position: Regional Advisor Consultant (RAC)
The Regional Advisor Consultant is essential in driving sales initiatives, formulating business strategies, and executing plans to meet objectives within their designated region. We seek individuals who possess a strong sales acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize market presence and profitability
- Generate leads and uncover new prospects through both face-to-face and digital interactions
- Effectively showcase investment offerings to advisors
- Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events
- Deliver technical insights to advisors
- Travel within the assigned region as necessary
- Serve as a conduit between sales, marketing, and business intelligence
Required Qualifications:
- Reside within the designated territory and travel as needed
- Exceptional presentation abilities
- Completion of Series 7 and 63 licensing examinations
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Experience working with wirehouse and broker-dealer advisors
- Familiarity with MainStay mutual funds and IQ ETFs
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (plus performance-based sales incentives)
Overtime Status: Exempt
Bonus Eligibility: Sales Bonus Eligible
