- Experience as an MDS Coordinator with PDPM knowledge
- Current and active licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care environment
- Preferred experience in MDS/RAI/PDPM
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations as they pertain to skilled nursing
- Completion of primary COVID vaccination series (or new bivalent COVID vaccine or medical exemption)
