Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program (RN, BSN, or LPN)
  • Experience as an MDS Coordinator with PDPM Knowledge
  • Current and Active Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1-2 Years of Clinical Experience in Long-Term Care
  • Preferred Background in MDS/RAI/PDPM
  • Strong Clinical Assessment Skills
  • Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Regulations Related to Skilled Nursing
  • Completion of Primary Series of COVID Vaccine (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
