Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN or LPN)
  • Experience: MDS Coordinator with PDPM experience, minimum 1-2 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
  • Licensure: Current/active licensure for Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Rhode Island
  • Skills: Demonstrated clinical assessment skills, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing, primary series of COVID Vaccine (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
