The successful candidate will handle a range of general office management and administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient functioning of our facilities.
This position operates on a standard weekday schedule, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative functions of the office, including replenishing kitchen supplies, overseeing office inventory, and monitoring expenses.
- Receive and process service requests through the facilities management system, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain precise records.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to address ongoing facility requirements and projects.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, complying with safety and regulatory standards.
Compensation Range:
$20/hr - $25/hr
