We are looking for a committed Facilities Operations Specialist to become a part of our team at a prominent pharmaceutical organization.

The successful candidate will handle a range of general office management and administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient functioning of our facilities.

This position operates on a standard weekday schedule, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administrative functions of the office, including replenishing kitchen supplies, overseeing office inventory, and monitoring expenses.
  • Receive and process service requests through the facilities management system, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and track purchase orders, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain precise records.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to address ongoing facility requirements and projects.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Compensation Range:
$20/hr - $25/hr

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
