Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating HR processes across all locations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees at Seven Hills Foundation. This position is responsible for administering employee hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and serving as a liaison between employees and their programs.

The coordinator conducts required background record check processes and provides consistent administrative support to the human resources function, including data entry, file maintenance, compliance, and HRIS entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete and accurate data entry for the Human Resources Department.
  • Maintain personnel files, organize physical and electronic records.
  • Support new hires through applicable Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Act as a primary contact for candidates from conditional hire to New Employee Orientation completion.
  • Complete Form I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Provide customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
