As a Residential Support Coordinator at Barkan Management Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing exceptional customer service and support.

This role requires a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field and prior experience with Yardi or CINC software is a plus.

The salary for this position is estimated at $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Property Manager in administrative duties
  • Coordinate programs for the residents
  • Work closely with families and agencies regarding resident's requests
  • Advocate and assist residents with services as needed
