Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Services Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team in Worcester, MA.

This is an on-site opportunity requiring the employee to work 5 days per week, 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will assist the Property Manager in administrative duties, coordinate programs for residents, work closely with families and agencies, and advocate for residents as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Prior experience with Yardi or CINC software is a plus
  • A valid Massachusetts driver's license
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual/bicultural Spanish preferred
