Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of computer systems and software.

  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in information technology or computer science preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive to different locations.
  • Proficiency in Windows XP and up, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange File Server, and network security.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of VMware infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of Cisco wireless and voice systems.
