Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate intake meetings for new clients and perform insurance benefit verifications
  • Provide accurate and ongoing assessments of client status in the admission and utilization process
  • Collaborate with medical and psychiatric personnel to ensure appropriate recommendations and admissions
  • Perform ongoing assessments of physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and financial needs of patients and implement crisis intervention and referral
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field from an accredited university
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and insurable under the agency's automobile policy
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
What We Offer

Competitive salary range of $40,000-$45,000 per year
