Patient Experience Director

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Manager to join our team in Hollywood. As a key member of our client success team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient and employee engagement through surveys and ensuring clients have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to the client success team in delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient and employee engagement through surveys and other initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient engagement processes.
- Travel to different clinics across the United States to implement processes and procedures and support patient/employee engagement efforts.
- Build and maintain online reputation through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Coordinate client-facing marketing materials to promote the organization's services.
- 5+ years of experience in patient experience management, preferably in the healthcare or nonprofit industry.
- Proven track record of supervising and training teams.
- Experience working with surveys, preferably in SurveyMonkey.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Value-driven and mission-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Vaco is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$81,000, depending on location and experience. This is a hybrid schedule opportunity, with 3 days of in-office work and up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States.
