Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to the client success team in delivering exceptional patient experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient and employee engagement through surveys and feedback
- Collaborate with clinics and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experience
- Travel to different clinics across the country to implement processes and procedures and improve patient/employee engagement
- Build and maintain online reputation through effective communication and relationship-building
- Coordinate client-facing marketing materials and ensure consistency across all channels
- 5+ years of experience in Patient Experience management
- Proven track record of supervising and training a team
- Experience working in the healthcare or non-profit industry highly preferred
- Experience working with surveys, preferably in SurveyMonkey
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Value and mission-driven individual with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient experience

This opportunity also includes a hybrid schedule with 3 days of office work and up to 30% travel to clinic locations across the United States.
