Executive Territory Manager, Public Sector Services

About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned professional to develop and enhance relationships within the independent agency system, driving opportunities for customized public sector business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to meet profitability and production objectives.
- Sell industry segment underwriting and service capabilities to agents and brokers.
- Identify and develop opportunities for profitable growth through new business production and retention of renewal business.
- Collaborate with Field Practice Leaders to onboard and develop Territory Manager talent.
- Establish and cultivate long-term relationships with independent agencies to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Six to eight years of experience in underwriting and/or marketing within the insurance industry.
- Two or more years of people and/or project leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry, with specialized knowledge of public sector business.
