Job Summary:

As a Territory Sales Manager with U.S. LawShield, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses in the firearms and self-defense space. You will leverage these partnerships to lead a team of Field Sales Representatives in conducting sales presentations at classes, events, workshops, and seminars on evenings and weekends.

This is an early career position, and we are looking for individuals who share a passion for our mission and have a history of success within sales and leadership-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify businesses and events within your territory that are accessing our ideal customer on a recurring basis

Develop relationships with identified stakeholders to expand our product reach through events, workshops, classes, and seminars

Train, develop, and schedule direct reports to effectively cover all sales opportunities within your assigned territory

Assess talent presented by Talent Acquisition to continue growing your team

What We Offer:

Base salary and uncapped monthly bonus, leading to an OTE of $60k-$70k your first year
